I absolutely love the new machine. I works great for me. I don't have to worry it I put in in correctly or not. It is so easy to use. I'm back to drinking my water again.

E-Duo

I'm not sure. I purchased this for my daughter but she said she could not operate it - so gave it to me.
Is there supposed to be a plug for this unit? My Soda stream does not have a plug.
If so it is missing - is it possible for me to purchase another plug?

My new E-Duo was received

My new E-Duo was received under warranty. I had purchased 12 glass bottles for my replaced machine Since my existing bottles didn't fit with the E-Duo.
I have been told that you can't replace my glass bottles and that i have to buy new bottles. Obviously that disappoints me. Is there no way to get some more glass bottles which would qualify under the warranty for my prior machine?

Replaced my penguin which stopped working after a good ten years. I love the E-Duo’s one-touch electronic buttons. Does a great job. I thought I would never use the plastic bottle, but it’s actually great for going out and about.

Love my Soda Stream

Wow!!! Love my soda stream. This is my first time owning an appliance like this and I am sorry I did not buy this long ago. I have both a glass and a plastic bottle to fill. Both are kept refrigerated until refilling is needed. It’s easy to use and tastes great! I use tap water and within 15 seconds I have bubbly water. Incredible!

Easy to use

I upgraded to the E-Duo from an older model Terra so I can carbonate in glass bottles. It needs an electrical outlet but its worth not having to hold the button down. The machine feels solid, like it will last a long time. I got two extra glass bottles snd i can still use the plastic ones from my old sodastream for taking bubbles on the go. There are 3 buttons to select bubbly-level; i find the lowest level is best for me, but nice to have the option of more fizz. I leave the cannister open for awhile after use to insure it dries out (which it will in the dry climate here in New Mexico). All in all, I’m glad I upgraded!

Love My Sodastream

I have been wanting to do this for a while and my friend has a different model and she loves it. When I visited she gave me a glass and I was really surprised! SO I have to get one! I think it will be the best investment I've made! Thank you! B
