[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love these Thinkbooks. After I purchased one to replace my old work laptop, I began purchasing them for all of our employees. They look really nice, have a quality build that is durable, and they have great performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop offers the speed and manageability of any computer product i have used. I give it a three because the fingerprint sensor doesnt work correctly and i have been locked out of my computer numerous times.

The touchpad cannot be activated. The initial configuration was stuck at multiple steps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After almost 1 month of use, I am very pleased with this Thinkbook 15 Gen 4 with 512 SSD and Ryzen 7 5825U. It boots up in seconds, has Windows 11 Pro, and fast processor with good SSD for storage. I had no problem transitioning from Windows 10. I mostly use this PC for personal business applications and browsing. The screen resolution is nice and clear. I did a lot of research before purchasing and found this the best value for what I need.
