[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great had some power issues, but after messing with the power settings sleep mode or the auto hardrive going to sleep changed. Does not wake up well after it goes to sleep, usually have to do a hard reset to get back on so save your work overall willing to work with it but make sure you take advantage of the tech support if needed
A few problems with this machine. Mostly upon trying to boot it back up from sleep mode. Sometimes it was a nonresponsive keyboard. Sometimes it didn't want to wake back up from sleep mode at all no matter how many keys I pressed. Sometimes it just gave me a black screen. Sometimes the mouse was hovering nonresponsive over a black screen. It works 9/10 times. but the other 1/10 times is deeply annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It has all the power and capabilities I needed for my business, plus extra for future needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Track pad is a finger oil magnet. My left shift key is already starting to come out. Windows boot error on the initial startup when purchased. Fingerprint reader not really working that great. Average battery life. Red dot is loose already. Very flimsy material.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The form factor and specifications for the T16 are excellent. I really like the AMD platform and bright screen that has the ideal pixel density. There are some growing pains with the BIOS and S3 sleep not being supported yet, but there seems to be a fix on the way.
The keyboard continues to go downhill compared to older ThinkPads, but this is the cost of a thinner PC. The battery spec was not on the website when I ordered and was surprised that the top spec did not have the larger battery.
