The mouse does not connect to quarter master. Mine does not. Other than that it would be a 5 star product.

NOT truly ambidextrous!

I got this mouse because I thought it could be ambidextrous, I can't swap the functions of left mouse button with that of the right mouse button, making it basically a worthless purchase
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Cestus 335 has 10 programmable buttons that can be reconfigured using Acer's QuarterMaster software. To swap the primary functions, you would:
Install the software. Download and install the Predator QuarterMaster software from the Acer website.
Rebind the buttons. Inside the software, navigate to the button customization options and assign the "Left Click" function to your right-click button and the "Right Click" function to your left-click button.
Save your profile. The mouse allows you to save up to five onboard profiles, so you can store your custom button layout directly on the device.
