Best purchase of our summer!

In the middle of our COVID-social-distancing summer, we were looking for a fun new way to spend some family time outside and relax. We thought about building a fire pit (pavers, benches, the whole nine yards), but we are SO glad we stumbled on a Solo Stove ad! This has been so perfect - lights easily, gloriously smokeless after it gets going, self contained, easy to clean, and safe for our elementary-aged kids to be around. We love this! We all look forward to Saturday night s'mores now - such a great way to be together.

Game Changer

This thing has been everything I'd hoped it would be and more. Easy to clean, easy to setup, and perfect for my deck. I also purchased the stand to make completely sure that it didn't melt my composite decking and it's incredible how it shows no signs of heat at the bottom. You can literally touch the stand it's sitting on while it's lit. It only smokes at first when the wood is first starting to burn, but it quickly goes away so long as you keep the wood below the top ring. This bad boy is worth every penny.

Crowd pleasing!!

Set this up on my driveway after a rainy day, didn’t want chairs to sink into saturated yard!
Once the flame got going it was awesome, every nieghbor that walked by did a double take and then had to walk up and ask the obligatory questions!
Fire pit did everything it claimed. Still has some smoke lingering in and out of people’s faces but nothing like a traditional fire pit.
Love the look, getting ready to pour a huge patio and wanted something different from neighbors and friends!

Best decision we ever made!

We heard so many great things about this fire pit that we actually sold our new bbq to get a Yukon Solo Stove. We are a family of four and every night in the backyard has been changed to warm conversations around the fire followed by roasting marshmallows. We absolutely recommend Solo Stove to anyone looking for a great fire pit that hardly makes your family smell like smoke after using it. We love Solo Stove!

Family time by the fire

For several years we have been in avoidance mode when it comes to our old fashion fire pit on the back patio. Invariably we’d get driven out by the smoke that would leave us with sore throat‘s and red eyes the next day. I gave this Yukon to myself for a birthday gift and it has been the source of almost nightly family time around the fire. No more smoking us out! It casts a beautiful glow that is mesmerizing and the warmth is super relaxing. We enjoy every minute of Chitty chatting around the fire. Best money I’ve spent in a long time!

Hands-down the best fire pit I have owned... I went with the Yukon because it compares in size to most constructed fire pits. Once ordered it arrived promptly and is easily the centerpiece of our tiny oasis. I usually spend quite a bit of time preparing the fire with paper, kindling, etc. Not with the Solo Stove! A quick fire starter brick and only a couple pieces of smaller wood, and boom, the fire is underway. Absolutely the most through burning fire I have witnessed. It almost completely eliminated the smoky after-smell to clothes and hair and it is super easy to dispose of the ashes. I also bought the tools which are well engineered and sized right. Finally, because I considered this an investment in many future nights of fun, I bought the Yukon Shelter 27” and it has served well. After multiple strong rain storms in humid temperatures, no signs of leakage or wear to the Yukon. I kept the box that it was shipped in because I plan to move with this stove wherever I go. Well done Solo Stove!

Love this firepit!

What an incredible addition to our patio! This firepit does exactly as advertised - provides great heat, easy to use, with very little smoke to make you smell like a campfire. Shipping was quick and easy - we were using our firepit within days of our order. Couldn't be happier!
