Decent Product, Falls Short of Hype and Pricey for Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meets expectations for a fire pit. The company oversells the promise of “smokeless” for sure as there is ample smoke all around. That said, the Solo Stove does burn more completely than most other fire pits and the ability to remove the ash easily is a nice feature. Good, not great.

Works exactly as described! Great addition to our outdoor area. I made a base from expanded metal and welded casters on it. Also added handles, so we can roll it around the deck or driveway.

A Big Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a Yukon 1.0 to a 2.0. It is sitting in a Solo Stove Surround. The 1.0 was so difficult to clean, requiring me to remove the entire fire pit each time to clean out the ash. This caused dents and just made it look worse and worse. The 2.0 makes cleaning easy allowing me to remove the inside and dump ash in the trash once completely cooled. I never had to remove the stove itself. Worth the money.
