Love our new Solo Yukon

We ordered the Yukon and stand as an early Christmas present for our family. We received it just before Thanksgiving. We love it so far. It is super easy to light and it puts out a lot of heat. It is really a nice looking fire pit. This is our first fire pit. We have a lot of friends that have them and I hate the smell of my clothes and hair when I get home. No super smokey smell after being around the Yukon, so that is a big plus. I would definitely recommend the Yukon. I was worried it would be too big, but it is not.

Our new firepit is AWESOME. It could not be easier to use. We are not experienced campers. Just using this for fun in our yard. Super easy to initiate and manage the fire... and easy to maintain afterwards. Kids love it for roasting marshmallows. And no stinky campfire smoke smell. Well done!

The best wood burning firepit out there!

Loving my new Solo Stove Yukon! Living in NY with the weather getting colder we're still able to hang out with friends (socially distanced and outside of course) and stay warm. The flame is mesmerizing and there is little to no maintenance. Better yet we don't stink of smoke after! I definitely recommend the backyard bundle as the weatherproof cover will prove to be very useful when it rains or eventually snows. The solo stove is a hit with all of our friends. Highly recommend!

Yukon fire pit - Holder and Burner of wood

I don't know, I really had higher hopes for this fire pit. It's okay, it's not horrible, but at the end of the day it holds and burns wood. I feel a bit duped by what I paid for the pit and all of the other accessories needed. True, when its blazing, it doesn't really smoke as much as other fire pits, but otherwise it burns wood. It is definitely not immune to smoking though. I wanted to be blown away as other reviews suggested or see it do something magical or transform into a sports car- something, anything, but like I said, at the end of the day its just a fire pit (a very expensive fire pit). Maybe I'm missing something..

We LOVE our Yukon! It’s truly smokeless once you get the fire going and throws off a lot of heat. It leaves no burn mark on grass, deck or concrete patio. So much better than our old in ground fire pit - no regrets!
