This thing is HUGE

After my son brought over his Bonfire Solo Stove, I was so impressed with it I bought the Yukon for my parents for this coming Christmas gift. I absolutely know they are going to LOVE it. The Bonfire was near smokeless. Gave off a ton of nice heat. And burnt the logs down to ash!! I knew my parents would need something bigger than the Bonfire. So, when I saw the new Yukon, I ordered it immediately. The thing just arrived a few days ago and OMG it is HUGE!! I am going to kill it this year for the best Christmas gift!

Fired-up the Yukon for the first time last night...Once started, I was amazed at how quickly added logs caught fire... Very happy with this purchase. I placed the Yukon inside an existing stone fire pit with about 1.5 inches of clearance all around. This morning I was able to clean out the residual ashes that were above the colender plate, but emptying ashes that are below the plate will require lifting the Yukon out of the stone cylinder and tuning it over... I would be much more convenient if the colender plate was readily removable.

Quality isn't there in the one i received

Already had the Bonfire size for camping and loved it. So we pre ordered the Yukon for our garden, once we received it I could see the quality wasn't nowhere near that of the Bonfire. The weld seem down the edge is terrible and the ring on the top is flimsy and where it was cut from the edge of the Stainless sheet in has a large flat rather than a perfect circle. Hopefully these issue have been sorted after the first few batches.

Our first firepit!!

We unboxed our Yukon as soon as it arrived. We have been excited to see it. It was true to everything we have seen online. We easily started our fire. There was a little bit of smoke at the beginning but once the small stuff burned it was gone. We LOVE it!!

I purchased the Yukon at the beginning of Summer right when it was launched. Simple put: it is amazing! It is big, which is what we were looking for on our back patio. It's very easy to light, and the flame "show" is amazing. My wife and kids love it, and our guests that see it are awed and jealous :) It is great that Solo Stove developed the cover for it and we chose to use the stand as well.

A classic addition to the deck at the lake!

I've had so many firepits. they all ended up rusting out or simply falling apart - The Yukon is big but we like big fires on our big deck, I say go big or go home! This thing is the real deal and is built to not only perform but LAST the test of time! Awesome firepit that not only works great but looks great - we can see everyone looking at it as they cruise by on the lake... it's so cool!

Wow! What an amazing fire the solo stove produces. It took a little while to start and really take off which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. We thought it would catch much faster, but now that it’s going. There no smoke and it’s beautiful
