Solo was recommended to me when I was waffling with a friend between getting a wood firepit or a gas one, wanting the warm of wood but not the intense smoke. It arrived quickly (sooner than back order date indicated) and was well packaged.
It is meeting my goal of having friends over safety during the upcoming winter in our cold climate (Maine). Of course warm layers are still needed, but the warmth the pit gives off make it possible to enjoy being outside and still in colder weather (40ish so far).
So glad I made the investment. This will serve us well for years to come.

In this covid era, we have had to figure out how to socialize in a cold weather locale; the Yukon is the answer. We have people over and the first thing they ask is what is it and where can I get one? It has been a huge hit; it is easy to set the fire and almost as easy to put it away (the next day of course).

I bought the Yukon Fire Pit for my husband's fiftieth birthday. As an engineer, I knew he would love the airflow system and clean stainless steel design. We have had several fires and they are easy to light and burn cleanly, with no smoke and little left over ash. We highly recommend Solo Stove!

This Firepit is amazing. Incredibly easy to light a fire, beautiful flames, almost no smoke. This will help make our socially distanced small gatherings so much more enjoyable!
If there is any downside at all: you need LOTS of wood!!
Small price to pay though...
Highly recommend- thinking of getting the small one for camping.

The Yukon is amazing. It’s grand size stands to be a wonderful focal point for a large group gathering. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but provides a lot of heat on cold nights. A great purchase indeed!

Perfect fire pit

I’ve worked my way thru many big box store firepits. Replacing them over and over due to poor construction. You can tell in the first couple weeks they are going to break down, lose paint after one burn and immediately start to rust. Solostove is amazing and probably the last firepit ill purchase. Unless i need another one for the road! Finally!

OMGosh! I am in love! My Yukon gives off some amazing heat without all the smoke. It’s crazy that I can sit around the fire pit & not have to immediately shower & was all my clothes. My hair didn’t smell like smoke when I woke up the next day. Women - don’t sleep on this awesomeness.
We bought the Yukon so we can still see family/friends safely around the fire this winter. We can’t wait to make memories!
