We bought the Yukon fire pit as a Father’s Day gift and we are so happy. It’s the best fire pit we’ve ever had, very low smoke easy to use and just great - no complaints!

Beyond Amazing!

My newly purchased Solo Stove Yukon Firepit is everything! From the 5 min. setup and installation, to the Secondary Burn! The amount of warmth lasted for hours, even after the fire started to subside. Nothing but smiles and enjoyment from this happy customer! Everyone should have a Solo Stove Firepit as part of their outdoor family and friend gatherings! Cheers!

Three cheers for the Yukon!

I purchased the Yukon Solo Stove and stand for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. We All love it. The fires start easily and burn clean. We have been burning wood from a tree we had to remove from our property just 10 days earlier, so green and still no smoke. Our family time around the fire has become a complete treasure to me and my husband and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. We also purchased the stand. I was amazed to see the grass under our stove perfectly green after a week of fires! 5 starts, three cheers, whatever you like. We love our Yukon.

This fire pit rocks!!

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day to use at our lake house. He isn't one to be effusive about a gift but this fire pit really impressed him. My husband is an accomplished fire builder and could not get over the ease w/ which this fire started, how quickly it became hot and the lack of smoke that typically comes with a campfire. I am looking forward to being able to build a great campfire for a girl's Sangria night!! ( I'm campfire challenged! ;) )

This firepit is incredible. The wood lights quickly, gives off great heat, and controls smoke. Creates a great environment for entertaining. It is also visually appealing.

We have only had our Yukon for 24 hours but have used it twice. It is very easy to start fires in because of the airflow. I was able to start it each time with one match and minimal starter material.
I have to say that it puts off way more heat than I ever expected. I loaded it up half full and it was more heat than we could handle being within 5 feet of the Yukon. If you want to be close to the fire you will need to make it smaller or consider using one of the smaller fire pits.
In filling it half full, I had about one hour of fire due to the efficiency and heat intensity that solo has mastered.
I would buy this again in a heart beat. One thing to keep in mind is that the Yukon does not come with a cover. I would recommend buying an outdoor cover for it because it is way too big to bring in at night to keep the moisture out of it.

So far everything has been great after a couple uses. There were two things that surprised me after doing lots of research online when I opened the box. The first was that the Yukon did not come with a cover. I saw videos and reviews of smaller size so I thought it would be standard for all sizes. Second was there were no interior pics of Yukon. Instead of it being flat bottomed, it is domed. This isn’t a drawback or negative, it just wasn’t what I expected. Other then those items, everything works great and we are happy with our purchase.
