Pi Prime - Propane-only Version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used the over-fire pizza oven version for the past year-plus, I love the end result and community elements of the bonfire setup. That said, it can be a bit of a beast, long lead time, longer cook time, not ideal during summer months, etc. so thought to give this one a go.
ZERO disappointment!
Give it ~20-25 minutes to come up to operating temperature and plan to turn frequently (every 10-15 seconds rotation) and it cooks FAST - like 2 minutes vs. 7-9 on the over-fire version.
Being well into the “Solo Stove Just Take My Money Club” - this one is totally worth it!

This pizza oven is amazing. The quality you expect from Solostove and super easy to use. Very portable as well. Made dough with the recipe from the book that came with it and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten!

My new Pi Prime Pizza Oven

Great pizza oven. I can't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pizza oven. I can't complain much. Here are some learnings:
- Make sure to heat stone thoroughly before first bake & in between bakes.
- The pizza oven is realistically only workable with about 10" pizzas.
- In order to bake the pizza all the way through without burning the top, you have to either a) make it thin enough (which requires making your own dough), or b) Get the stone very hot, then turn it all the way down once you've launched the pizza.
- Oven is significantly hotter towards the back than the front, which is to be expected.
