Great Oven but.

I finally got to use this pizza oven for the first time. The oven is great and cooks pizzas almost perfect. The only issue that I had with the oven is no peel is included with the oven. You really can not use the oven without a peel. I think that is short sided kind of like buying a new TV and the remote that comes with the tv does not have batteries. It is a good thing that I reviewed the directions and set the oven up a week in advance so I could order a peel and have it in time for the weekend.

All gas is best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much easier with gas. Takes 20-25min to get up to 775+F Great crusts. Get silicone mat for the top makes a resting place for your peel or turner.

Awesome pizza oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is everything a pizza oven should be. Heats up fast and gets to 800 degrees in no time so you can do a 90 second pie. The only thing I would suggest is to get an 8" turner since a standard peel is kind of tough to use as a turner.

Great option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried baking steels and got decent results. I tried the Solo Prime and it is fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to heat. Do get a turning peel as the pizza cooks so quickly, you'll want to have it done evenly. Never had that issue with a baking steel, but never got the speed and crust results I get with the Solo Prime
