Really Great Pizza Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been wanting a pizza oven for quite some time. Saw the ads for this one and grabbed it up at a great prize. What a pleasant surprise it has been. The pizzas cook very fast and thus far have been delicious. We have had to experiment with what heat setting works the best and have been pleased with all the pizzas. We will try other items as we go on. The oven holds the heat well even on a windy day. Easy to move around and fairly easy to clean. The pizza stone is a bit of a challenge to remove but heats up evenly and quickly. Recommend this product wholeheartedly.

Great Oven - Just Buy It!

Got this about 2 months ago for my Birthday. Been wanting one for a while. Looking at Ooni which is nice, but have always been impressed by Solo Stove quality. I have the fire pit and heat deflector. Everything I get from Solo Stove works great and is built to last. The Pi Prime is no exception. It worked great right out of the box and turned out great pies. The recovery between pies is great. As soon as you get the next one prepped the Pi Prime is “primed” and ready to deliver you another great pizza.
It also looks great on my patio. It was an easy decision based on my experience with Solo Stove. I knew the quality I would get before I opened the box. Just Buy It!

Awesome, almost...

The all propane Pi is really great: heats up fast even in cold weather, fires up pizza really nicely, the wide opening make it easy to turn the pizza, cools pizza fast. It's great. I only have 2 complaints. One is it's awkward to move around and get into covers. It would be nice if there was some kind of handle on top or two on the sides to help lift and move it around. The other is that the propane connector in the back and the hose stick out so far that it make it really difficult to get into covers. I've been using the Bonfire carry cover and it fits...barely. it fits better if you remove the propane hose, but there's still the connector protruding about an inch and a half. This sticking out makes it difficult to get into covers. Other than that, awesome pizza oven!

Best Buy I ever got

By far exceeded the expectations of making a real authentic NY pizza. The real challenge was to get the pie in and out as it sticks. What I did was to use a metal pizza skillet and that did the trick. It takes 4 mins to make the pizza but you have to preheat on high for 15 min and then switch on medium for 4 mins cooking time.
