Love this thing!!

This is my second camping trip this month since snagging the Pi.
Made awesome calzones before walking over to the Martinsville Fall Nascar race.
Those aren’t burn marks… technically…. thats just where the cornmeal flared up but the calzone was perfect inside and out.
A big thanks to my boy Dustin for selling me on using cornmeal… lots and lots of cornmeal to keep things from sticking.
So many people walked by asking out the oven. They were genuinely sold on getting one when I mentioned I used it earlier to make cinnamon rolls for breakfast and how I was going to do ribeyes in it after the race.
Such a great product!!!

Perfect Party with a Perfect Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my husband finally ordered his pizza oven we decided to do a DIY Pizza Party with all of our family and friends. It was a hit! Pizzas were SOOOOO GOOOD. Oven cooked each pizza perfectly in under 2 minutes and kept up with 20 people making pizzas perfectly!

True Heat

This oven is the right mix of top heat and bottom heat. Just keep the pizza moving every 15 seconds or so. This gives you an even, perfectly browned crust. Better than my Green Egg and propane convenience.
