Replacement stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas stove replaces an electric stove. We opted for a grate in center, rather than the griddle. We've only had it for about a month; so far it seems well built, sturdy and efficient. We installed an oven liner on bottom rack (shouldn't put on very bottom) to make cleaning easier. So far, a great stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old stove, of 20 years, and love the new Frigidaire stove. It has a nice modern look and feel. The burners light up quickly, unlike our old stove and the oven gets to temperature quickly, also unlike our old stove. So far it’s easy to clean the top surface, but have not had to clean the oven yet. We have used the convection oven to cook a frozen pizza and it cooks very evenly. So far we are happy.

Control panel not secured (inside!)- need a whole new panel. Otherwise seems like a good appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the stove home and in, turned it on after connecting the gas - found out about half of the push pad buttons were not responsive and ended up in a bit of an emergency as I could not shut the oven off! (Eventually found that the "cook time" could be set for one minute and when it ran down I could flip the breaker off to rest. Oh boy. Service person thought was a different issue and when came out to replace panel found that the inner control board (which weirdly is only glued into place) had come loose - and that's why the buttons were randomly working. He knew the no amount of glue would fix this permanently, (having seen this before on this model), he is ordering me a whole new top piece. The baking I have managed to jerry rig has turned out great - looking forward to the oven being safe and working well.

Good quality at good price
