Great machine horrible batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! Having said that, I have a complaint with it overall. It says it doesn't come with batteries but my unopened never used one came with them. I went to replace them when they started dying and there was battery acid everywhere! They were green GP ones.
Pros: Easy to use, Entertaining

Birthday gift for 1 year old son.

My husband & I bought this for our 1 year old as a birthday gift and he likes it, loves watching it move around while he’s laying down.
Pros: Easy to use, Great quality, Good Construction, Multi-functional, Entertaining

So Soothing!

We discovered this in the unfortunate circumstance of my son staying over night in the hospital. He was so scared and just could not sleep. One of the nurses brought this in to see if it helped. It was the first time he stopped crying in hours. I couldn't believe it. Thank goodness we only needed to stay for one night. We are so fortunate, and I know there are many others who spend a lot more time there. Whether you buy this, or ask to borrow one, you won't be disappointed. We bought one the day we got out and he has loved it ever since. He is 2.5 years old now and this wonderful creation still puts him to sleep at night. It has held up so well and I love that it has a remote with it. The lights and sounds are soothing and not too stimulating. It's easy to clean and wipe down. The quality is fantastic. I cannot praise this enough and will be sure to donate to our local children's hospital when we are done with it to share this wonderful item with others.

A must have!!

Our son absolutely loves lights and music. This product is a must have for every baby!!! Our son is mesmorized by this product. It's perfect in every way, so soothing and relaxing. It has many features. The music is so soothing for babies and very appropriate the lights and animation are engaging. Thank you for this product it's simply amazing!!

Poor design

Unable to use light or motion without intense sounds. This is when using the “low” sound switch. Poor design offers very minimal options for parents attempting to soothe newborns.
Pros: Portable
Cons: Poor quality

The first one I bought was missing the remote, and the 2nd one had a bad battery and acid all over the inside, kinda disappointed

No music

We got this because my NICU baby was using one. We only got to use it for a week, when she was home. After she left us, it was placed in storage and when our rainbow baby showed up 6 months later, out it came. However, there's no music. Lights, motion, remote and crib handle all work just fine. I know that we had it on loud with our angel because she couldn't hear, but we get nothing now. My rainbow wants little to do with it. Yes, we changed the batteries. No, it wasn't stored with batteries. It was in a dresser with stuff animals and baby blankets.

Cons: Short lived, Poor quality, Stopped working, Boring
