Doesn’t work- right out of box

I received this today and went and bought brand new batteries that were listed in the user manual. The light comes on and the sound plays, but unfortunately none of the motor functions work. There is slight movement when turned onto motion settings in two of the sea creatures but then no movement at all, and the light bar at the top doesn’t scroll either. It appears to be a defective motor, with customer service only open on weekdays. Hoping the company will resolve this upon customer service email response.

My 4 month old hit over the toy and all sound stopped working I’m extremely disappointed considering the price it was her favorite toy and helped her fall asleep but after one fall doesn’t work.

Amazing aquarium

What can I say is simply perfect! I love the music last long is so calming and peaceful, the toys movement are magical. All babies must have one of this aquarium, is the best toy ever!

defective so disappointed

I bought one for my new born girl and she loved it so much that I bought a second. That is the one I am giving a one star to. When it is on and the characters are moving the crab makes a loud thump when it is done moving left and is about to move right again.

Good product, make it Bluetooth please!

Baby loves it. Helps with naps. Remote doesn’t work. Would be amazing if you could make it Bluetooth like the hatch sound machine so when baby cries in crib, parents could turn on from their phone.
Pros: Entertaining

Very poor quality.

Got this as a gift for our son for Christmas. Within 1 month the soother started acting up. It started off by making an awful rubbing noise when the sea animals go around, then it stopped going around or gets stuck. Such a shame, my son loves it however it's super frustrating for the price of the product poor quality it is and how fast it broke. Also drains batteries very quickly. We had the older version for our older son, quality was way better.
Pros: Portable, Easy to use, Entertaining
Cons: Short lived, Poor quality, Stopped working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sea Dream grab my attention and baby It look like a mini tv with cute sea creatures and little baby fish's swimming in the background. I find it very detailed and easy to add to the crib. The music help me and little ones go to sleep. Music is delightful and calming.

Love this Soother!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cute soother for my baby girl! It has lights, ocean sounds, and music. She loves looking at the little sea creatures. It has the cutest remote that lets you turn it off or on from a distance. I love that it gradually dims lights to help them go to sleep.
