I got this as a replacement because my cxr3 gaming chair started falling apart and they were quick to replace it. That’s why I’m giving it 4 instead of 3 stars. The chair is nowhere near as comfortable as the cxr3. It’s more stiff and it doesn’t rock at all. But the sound is an improvement, it just sounds better. Also at the same time it kinda sounds like there is a tiny delay between my sound bar and chair, that wasn’t present with the cxr3. That causes voices to become almost unintelligible.
