Plug it in. Turn it one. Lights up for 3 seconds and then light fades. Got it for Christmas and died within 1 day

Got this chair for my son as Xmas gift, he is an extreme gamer and goes through chairs, keyboards and monitors. Getting this chair was definitely worth the money, well constructed and full of features. He loves it, strongly endorse the purchase of this chair.
