I purchased the Bosch 800 series for quality, value and dependability.( you get what you pay for ) The front controls were a must as I don't care for lights and controls on the top of the door. The unit was easy to install, adjust and connect to the drain and water supply . The machine is super quiet and cleans to perfection. The three shelves take a little different approach to loading as opposed to a two level washer, but allows for greater capacity of dishes .The unit was easy to connect to the a HomeConnect App and can be set for wireless operation. We are well pleased with our selection .

Excellent at Cleaning and So Quiet!

It does an amazing job of cleaning hard to clean dishes in the normal or heavy clean cycles, and the Crystal Dry setting does a great job of drying the dishes. It does take quite awhile to fully clean and dry if you don't use the Express cycle, but then the trade-off is any caked-on food may not get cleaned off, and the dishes may have a lot of water residue. At least you are provided the option of what you want/need. The fact that is so quiet that you wonder if it is working is absolultely amazing and worth the extra money.

This is a GREAT dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 15-year old Thermador unit (I don't remember the model number). I don't know if the old one cleaned dishes as well when it was brand new, but this dishwasher gets dishes clean and glasses sparkling. We had some red wine glasses that had been washed by the old one and compared them to glasses washed by the new one. The difference was quite noticable (red residue discoloring the glass). I like the water softening feature as well and I suspect that makes a big difference in now clean the dishes get. And it's so quiet that initially I had to feel it and put my ear right on it to make sure it was running. I'm still struggling with loading it efficiently. I'm not sure the top rack is really made for American-sized glassware - I feel like I have a lot of wasted space, but I'm working on it.

LEAKING JET DRY DISPENSER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FOR THIS BEING AN ADA APPLIANCE THERE ARE LOTS OF RULES. CLEAN THE FILTER AFTER EACH USE!!! USE SALT!! WHERE DOES ONE BUY DISHWASHER SALT!!! MAKE SURE THE JET DRY DOESN'T LEAK!!!

Bosch 800 series diswasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely the best dishwasher that I have ever owned. Installation was a breeze the fact that they gave you a plug-in instead of having to hardwire. It was fantastic. Both my husband and I went over three times because it is so quiet that we didn't think it was actually running, the silverware comes out sparkling because of the top drawer that we are using specifically for silverware. The middle drawer holds your medium size dishes. And then the bottom drawer handle the rest of your larger dishes or and then there is the additional basket that you can use for silverware or you can take it out if you need the room for plates, bowls, etc. , I would highly recommend this Bosch dishwasher connect to the phone so I get a message when it is complete and the last thing is very peeling in the kitchen the ability to have it as higher low as you need and then they had multiple fronts at the bottom that you can use to ensure that everything is hidden they have sides on this dishwasher so that adds to the quietness of it

Quiet, cleans well

It seems bigger because of the silverware rack. I use to always run our old one after we went to bed. This one is so quiet we run it right after supper! Need to read more but very satisfied

An everyday Helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher. The third row rack has been absolutely amazing for helping with sanitizing bottles and sippys. It even comes with these little clips so that my toddler's cups stay in place. I also love the fact that it has home connect so if I'm laying in bed and realize I forgot to set the delay start to run over night, I can just do it from my bedroom instead of walking through the house and risk disturbing the kids. Having the home connect to see how much energy I'm using and the exact temps and all of that is also very cool. My husband loves fiddling with all of that. I don't think we have had to send a dish through for a second time even once since we bought this where as with our old washer we were wasting so much water/money/time constantly re-washing dishes. The store we went to had literally 100 choices (if not more) in dishwashers but my mother in law has a Bosch and I'm so happy I followed the family and got my own. 10/10 product.
