[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall: Excellent little machine that can legit double as a windows 11 tablet and gaming machine.
Pros:
- Excellent build quality
- Ryzen Z1 Extreme SOC is responsive
- Love the additional rear buttons and ability to customize them
- Legion Space is improving and the on-demand customizability (thermal, perf, screen) work well
- Lenovo is actively making improvements in the software, BIOS options, etc
- 144Hz screen looks great and the lack of VRR is unnoticeable
- Integer scaling registry mod helps visuals/perf when running games at 800P
- Big battery and good battery life based on what your power / performance / screen settings are
Cons:
- Controllers could use a little cushioning for your palms due to the edges; because you have to hold the Go at a different angle than a typical controller to see the screen, it can put some pressure on your palms after a while.
- Hall effect sticks work well but tend to activate deep into the activation; could use the ability to tweak their response so they're more progressive.
Overall, I've enjoyed the experience with the Go. Looking forward to further improvements being rolled out by Lenovo and trying more games on it. Great product!

If you don't know what you are doing with setting up your legion go you can mess it up. Windows is not really optimized for handhelds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product blows the steamdeck away crystal clear screen i highly recommend this product its well built and powerful great for any of your gaming needs i was excieted when it came in the mail i remember getting my first nintendo gameboy in the early 90s and how cool that was back then...the legion go is the coolest handheld in 2023 if you have the opportunity to purchase it or one of their legion laptops you wont be disappointed all thier products are built well quality control is top notch great computer company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying handhelds ( window pc handhelds ) from ayaneo since they started releasing them . I used to purchase ayaneo because of their build and power . However they released a unit every three months and it was a very expensive option . Steam deck then was released but the power wasn’t there . Till Lenovo released the legion go . The legion go has a gorgeous 1600P screen , refresh rate is just amazing 144HZ . The controllers are made with care and the Hall effect sensors are a guarantee you won’t go with stick drift . This beast has everything going for it , the apu the z1 extreme performs extremely well . I have had games locked at 60 at its native resolution. I have had no issues with this handheld and telling everyone buy it ! This system never gets hot and average temps are between 52 and 65 depending on the load . While I can bump up the TDP to 30 I only leave it at balanced and enjoy every game with it ! Lenovo you guys have nailed it from the build quality to its performance !
