The Legion Space software could use some work, but the Support staff is not only actively working to improve it, but they consistently communicate with the community and give us frequent updates. I had both this system and the ROG Ally. The Ally got sold on eBay, as the Legion Go blows it away!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the lenovo legion go not only offers being a great pc gaming handheld but also an exelent compact pc ready to be docked and used as a desktop, the z1 extreme proccessor is a fantastic APU and if bought at lower sale prices the lenovo legion go is well worth the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so the Lenovo Legion Go is amazing!!! I had the Asus ror ally but this is far better. Bigger screen and another experience over all. This is what handheld should be. Can't go back to a small screen anymore. X ox should definitely pay attention to this device. Love it love it love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been building up a big back catalog of games, but after sitting at my laptop all day working, I just can't bring myself to keep sitting there. The Legion Go has been amazing so far since I can move around the house with it. Also great for waiting in the car during my kid's weekly Scout meeting. Battery could be better, but that's what power banks are for. So far, it's run anything I threw at it and I've not done any of the extra side loading of drivers people claim you need to do. It's also not some crazy difficult device to operate. It's Windows. If you can use a computer, you can use this. The screen is amazing, it loads quickly, just all around a great gaming PC that you can take with you. The removable 'joycons" are great and makes the experience that much better. I can kick out the stand and set the Go on a table or night stand and pull the controllers off and game away. I did a bunch or research and waffled between this or a Steam Deck. I can't tell you if I actually made the right call, but I have no FOMO. This thing is a blast to play.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My legion go has almost replaced my gaming laptop! Now that’s a loaded statement, but here’s the details. My legion go has become my everyday carry device. I play games on it, browse the web, send emails, watch videos, you name it. Does it handle every game? No , but I didn’t expect it to. Is it powerful? Yes, BUT, it is limited. It was never ment to play the newest AAA games on ultra fabulous special graphics. The reality is , it’s a custom laptop apu in a small tablet with detachable controllers. It runs windows so you can customize the hell out of it. Truth is , it’s not for everyone, but if being a windows handheld with controllers is your thing, and you understand it has its limits, AND you don’t have crazy expectations of top tier gaming rig style gaming. Then you will throughly enjoy this. I’ve had mine for 6 months as of writing this. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
