[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how warm it gets is pretty nice the vibration levels are good I like the high speed one that the vibration don’t stop that one feels good I just wish it had movement action not only vibration and heat but otherwise I like it.

Perfect for my shoulders and upper back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this out immediately when I received it. I love the different massage settings and the different heat settings. The strap around the bottom really help get the massagers tight on my upper back for maximum relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I am amazed with this pain relief neck wrap, I constantly sleep on my neck wrong and this has really been a lifesaver for me. Not only does this massage but is also heated. This is perfect for after a long day of work. Easy to use just plug in and lay it over your arms and back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I reviewed the neck and shoulder massager, I wasn’t expecting it to feel so nice. Usually you just get a little heat and gentle massage but this one is really nice. It has adjustable settings and I will definitely be using it a lot! My only complaint is I wish it was a little bit longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sharper image brand. The quality of their products is always top notch. This should massage is right in line with that. It is slightly heavy but it has to snaps to keep it in place. I love that the control is right on the wrap so you don't have to find it further down the cord. There are several massage settings and that combined with the heat is the most relaxing!
