It works awesome for upper back and shoulder pain unlike other ones I have tried in the past, this one is far the best. The message and heat together really relieve overall pain. I also like that the message has five settings to choose from. I would most definitely recommend this product to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I can customize my neck treatment to my needs and mood. I can use it with and without heat. The vibration can also be on or off and has multiple vibration patterns. The vibration is right at the top in between the shoulder blades and can be felt in the neck area

Great for my aching body

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work so much and always have sore neck n using a heating pad. With this you put it around your shoulders and let the magic begin. It warms up my sore overworked muscles. Then let it massage you as you sit back n enjoy. Super easy to put on and plug in and go. I can dab it w wet cloth lightly if I need to but try not too.

I like the way it wraps around you and is secure to me in places that I need it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I love that this doesn't get overly hot and it has multiple massage settings. The strap is perfect, which is great because I'm bigger. It isn't too tight or uncomfortable.

I deal with a lot of chronic pain especially on my neck and back and having this heated neck and shoulder massager wrap is helping make it more manageable. I needed something that wasn’t overwhelmingly hard or heavy on the shoulders and this fits the bill. The massager gives you the option of using it with no heat, low heat, or high heat. It also comes with several massage modes that you can pick from and it comes with a timer setting that automatically shuts off so don’t have to worry about forgetting to shut it off.
The Sharper Image Heated Neck & Shoulder Massager Wrap is the first massager that I found I can actually tolerate on my neck and shoulders which is a huge plus for me. I definitely recommend this massager.
P.S. My husband loves it too.
