[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this heated wrap! As a result of a rough and tumble childhood as well as years and years of football. My neck and shoulders are a mess. This wrap not only heats but massages such that it loosens things up and relives pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this heated neck wrap to be pretty average. I hoped it had a stronger massage than it did. The quality was very good. It was also very comfortable. The heat was nice if you needed it. I didn’t find that you could use the heat and massage separately which I did not care for. I also needed to sit back on the chair to be able to really feel the massage feature enough to make a difference. I also found the massage feature to be a little loud.

I feel like I’m constantly massaging my neck due to my desk job and this helps so much! My only issue with it is the vibration from the massager is seriously so loud. Other than that I absolutely love the product.

Relaxing & Warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone in the family tried this out - my father and I found the neck opening when snapped a bit awkward shaped but mom had no issue with that. The massage feature on this was very nice and we all appreciated there were different settings (which were easy to change). The heated setting was also quite nice, but I wouldn't have been mad if it could be a little bit warmer to really help those sore muscles. None of us really wanted to use the lower snap buckle as it was a bit awkward. I also really appreciated the soft and padded material used - very pleasant against the skin. A nice way to relax at the end of the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for this product since I tend to strain my back lifting or sleeping and it can get quite sore. I also hold a lot of tension in my neck and was excited for something to help with both. However, there is really nothing for your neck in this product. It may get a little heat but not much. Aside from this, the heat pad is quite noisy when it is on. I am paranoid about my roommates thinking I am using other electronics and therefore discontinued use. I give this product four stars in total because it really does help with back pain and the different settings are great for any persons need. You have three heat settings and I believe 5 different massage or pulse settings. Overall pretty good minus noise.

Since the massage portion can't move around easily it may not help all areas. The heat and weight feels really good and the massage options are interesting. It really did help us feel more relaxed at the end of the day.
