[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband and I as we both suffer from bad neck pain. It's a comfortable design and wraps well with a snap that snaps together quickly. The massaging part is great for the back and the heat works well for the neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck wrap is awesome! I love that it is heated, and it actually stays wrapped around you! I've had others in the past that would slip off, but this one stays on and it is heavy. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck pain like I do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharper Image made an awesome pain relief product for my shoulder and neck pain. Their Heated Neck + Shoulder a vibrating massager with heat is absolutely a perfect way to relieve neck and shoulder back pain. I fell in love with the high collar and how it wraps around my shoulders then drapes down my back and closes with Velcro tabs that are sewed in the front of wrap. It is totally amazing how the combination of the heat and massager calms down and relaxes my overworked, stressed nerves and muscles in my shoulders and neck.
I love the how the remote control is on the left side of the front of the messenger. With this remote you can easily adjust the 5 different pulse massage settings to sooth the tense mussels in your neck and shoulders. Furthermore, with the same remote you can raise or lower the temperature settings for the heat therapy that will relax those achy and sore muscles in your neck and shoulders. Also, you can make the adjust for each feature separately.
Honestly, I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to treat the pain and stiffness in their upper back and or shoulders, or even just to relax.

Doesn’t massage too well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck wrap warms up and vibrates more then massages your back. It states that it is for your back and neck but there is no massage or heat that is on your neck. Overall, it’s fine but not great. I wish that it massaged better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck wrap is amazing it works well the massage gets down in their at the top party or neck lower part you know top party your back it has helped me relieve a lot of pressure and pain and the top part of my back as I go through these cancer treatments then snaps around the neck are a little bit small for people with bigger next but it does sit well with out being snapped in place I would recommend this to anyone for relaxation or to use as there be for the pain in the upper back and shoulders area

Where most heating pads don't wrap around the neck, this one takes care of that. The gentle pulsating massage and heat provide almost instantaneous comfort to your sore muscles. I wish I would have found this product sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for it’s massaging features as well as the heating and because I could use it flat as a heating pad wherever I needed it. Using it, I started to think it wasn’t all that useful since it was just massaging one spot, then I remembered why I picked it, unhooked the chest clips, and moved it around my back. Then it was awesome! There’s several different massage settings, just basic vibration but they do the trick. It gets nice and warm. The only part that would make it better is to have a charging feature so you didn’t have to use it within a cord’s length of an outlet. Otherwise, this is great!
