Does what it said!

I wish it was a little longer to get my lower back but I am hairstylist and usually I have a lot of pension in my shoulder blades, so having a eating pad that has really helped and that area. Happy with this product!

Comfortable and lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I absolutely love the size and the weight of this but I feel like the massager could be more evenly placed and that the heat could take up more of the pad. The heat is just the right amount so that you don’t have to worry about it getting too hot after a while and the massager has a perfect amount of pressure and speeds so you can change it to however you like. I just wish that the massaging went lower on my back or I could change the settings to where I need the vibrations. All in all- I love this and have used it every day that I have had it and so have my teen athletes.

Heat element is really nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had such high hopes for this neck pain relief wrap. the heat setting on this works awesome and feels nice but that is really it. the vibration was kind of a let down to me it is very soft and didn’t do too much. It is relaxing which is nice just not as nice as i expected it to be. I will say this also says it treats the neck but I was unable to feel it on my neck at all., I only felt it on my upper back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my husband both love this he has a lot of back issues and I tend to get sore shoulders and neck so it works great for both of us. I love the heat setting and the fact the massage is separate so I can only use heat. Also the different massage settings are nice. It's also a bit weighted which I love. I would definitely recommend others to give it a try if they have any neck shoulder or back issues I will definitely look at other products from the brand as we are very happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Pain Relief wrap as part of a promotion to do a review on Influenster. This was one of the most anticipated item I’ve done for review yet. After a painful car wreck this is a Godsend. I opened the box and plugged it in and started using it immediately. Very easy to understand (didn’t need to read the instructions). Very comfortable material and the color is light gray. While the overall use is 5⭐️ I do have some suggestions. The elastic band could be a little bigger. If you are someone who has a larger torso or bigger area (for females) it may cut into your abdomen (as seen in the video I made). And also it was a little rattley when on the highest massage setting, nothing too terrible but just giving my honest review. I can see this being used on neck, back, shoulders, legs, knees and stomach for female cramps. Thank you so much Influenster and Sharper Image for the product, it will go to good use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a nice gift to give or receive. I work from home all day at a desk. My upper back is loving this neck and shoulder massager. I especially love the heat function. I put it on my work chair, lean back and enjoy a little heated massage. Works great!! Highly recommend. Also, it’s from Sharper Image, so the quality is there as well!
