[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what i needed. Filled the niche of a "work" computer that accesses internet based software for a small business plus a "personal" use computer for videos/streaming.
Size is just right. Keyboard is great so far and touch pad is smooth. I always use a mouse but i am finding this pretty responsive and great if I want to leave the mouse at home. Fits great in my travel backpack to and from work/job sites.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You sent me a defective unit - lasted a whole 15 hours you moved the screen and the unit shut off, The next morning it was dead, would not even turn on. Spent 5 hours on the phone with Lenovo, I got transferred all over the place, some of the people I could not understand, due to thick accents, I just hung up. Thinkbook went back and bought a competitors product. Your customer service and support leaves a lot to be desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
