[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my kid and he lost heart on his new gadget from the getgo! Faulty Operating system had the system freeze. The touch screen keyboard popped up all of a sudden and made the physical key board non functional. Had to reload OS to solve this issue hopefully does not spring up again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice laptop—has a ton of features. Graphics are pretty good & it runs quite fast. Only issue I have with it is that the battery life drains quickly. If they could figure out a way to fix that this laptop is well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You sent me a defective unit - lasted a whole 15 hours you moved the screen and the unit shut off, The next morning it was dead, would not even turn on. Spent 5 hours on the phone with Lenovo, I got transferred all over the place, some of the people I could not understand, due to thick accents, I just hung up. Thinkbook went back and bought a competitors product. Your customer service and support leaves a lot to be desired.
