[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get and try the AXIS 42 Tower Fan and it does work. The stand was easy to put together but it doesn’t connect all the way around as it should but it still works. There is a remote to the fan but it has to be pointed directly at the sensor to work. The fan body seems to be made well but the motor doesn’t blow very hard. When the fan is on high it feels like it’s on low/medium. I would recommend if you want to just circulate the air.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fan. It has a super sleek design that allows it to go literally anywhere. Its a nice corner fan, but I use mine horizontally. It looks very nice horizontal and it keeps the room nice and cool. I really enjoy the remote too. Makes it easy and efficient all while looking good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what I needed. Super versatile and looks really great in my room. It takes up way less space than a normal fan. It works really well and has been great in my son's room. It really helps him sleep and not be overheated and sweaty.

Quiet and nice air flow

It is aesthetically pleasing and the option to leverage it vertically or horizontally is nice (horizontal makes it look like a sounder and can easily be placed on a tv stand or the like). I have it in the corner of the bedroom and with the ceiling fan and this, get a great flow of air. Overall very happy.

Unique Setup Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AXIS 42" Air Bar Tower Fan is a standard tower fan that has some unique setup features. What I love about the fan is that it can either be set up horizontally, or vertically. The legs connect magnetically as well, which I thought was really cool. The fan itself doesn't take up much room because of it's slender design, but it's not a very quiet fan and it also doesn't swivel to produce more airflow. However, even without the swivel feature it does cool down my entire office. It's a good fan, I just wish it was a little quieter.

Great for our exercise room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fan because I liked how tall it was. My husband is 6’3” and likes to have the fan going constantly when he is in the exercise room working out. He likes that this one stands really tall and circulates the air at the right height for him. Having a fan that is silent or low-volume isn’t a necessity for us but I was surprised that this one is relatively quiet while still providing pretty decent circulation in our room.
One unique feature about this fan is that it can sit either vertically or horizontally. This wasn’t a huge selling point for me but it is pretty cool it can do that. We haven’t used it in the horizontal feature because I’m not really sure where we would even put a 42” horizontal fan. Seems like the only option would be sitting on the ground to blow the air upward. Alternatively, if we could find a way to hang it from the ceiling, that may be a game changer in our workout room.
Maybe my one gripe is that I didn’t realize this fan doesn’t oscillate in either the vertical or horizontal position. This isn’t a huge deal breaker for me because we have a small exercise room and it provides adequate circulation even without oscillating. I would just be aware that this does not oscillate if that is something you need in a fan.
Overall I think this is a great fan and serves us pretty well for our use. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the second Vornado fan that I have. This one is good, but I wouldn't select this product again. The airflow is reasonable, but not great. I don't feel the fan is very sturdy. It is very tall and the legs are supposed to lock together to make the stand. I've followed directions to a T and the legs still are not secure. It does have the option to turn it sideways and put the legs on with the fan being horizontal, I haven't tried that yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
