1st broke, 2nd serious Bluetooth issues

The app is a great accessory and noise cancellation great, but my first pair broke within a month due to the battery not charging. Customer service was great and they replaced them for me. But now I am having serious Bluetooth issues with the current pair as they struggle to connect and change between devices. I used to use them for calls at work but due to their unreliability I have had to stop that.
Still, sound is good for calls and music, just annoying that the Bluetooth is faulty.

1. Phones would not pair with an iPhone 13plus after multiple attempts
2. Sound quality was terrible .. once I did get it to connect. Only one ear was playing.
3. Too clunky. Going back to AirPods. Was hoping these would be a better alternative.

I was incredibly excited to buy these since I believed Marshall would most certainly do these kinds of earbuds some much neeed justice in a sea of cheap quality and poor audio quality ears buds in this style. Welp, I was gravely mistaken and dissappointed. Everything about these earbuds screams poor quality. Cheap hard ugly texture plastic, and to top it off major connect issues. It took me multiple attemtps to get these to pair and only one ended up being paired. I cannot provide any feedback on audio quality since I decided to return these. I will order a second pair to see if this was a case of a bad set, or if Marshall treated these particular buds as a cheap and fast cash grab. I cannot stress enough to any Marshall fans like myself how incredibly poor and cheap these buds are. It really made me upset that Marshall would allow its brand to be stained with something this subpar that resembles your last minute emergency gas station style of ear buds.

Good sound a bit too large

Love the sound and I wear them all the time. Unfortunately they are maybe a bit too large as they keep fall out of my ear easily, but not too annoying that I would send them back!

Do Not Recommend

I'm hard stuck to find a reason these are priced where they are. The non-ear shape makes them tricky to use for long periods without hurting, as well as tricky to really push into your ear and be comfortable. The product of this is a severe lack of bass when listening - add the fact there is no NIC means you have a drowned out, tinny sound if using these outdoors. They also do not disconnect or turn off when placed in their case. I've had them die on me overnight, on multiple occasions, because they've been in their case and not automatically turned off or disconnected as all other earbuds do.
The ONLY redeeming factors are good connectivity and they look nice. Anyone looking for good sound, a comfortable fit or any external noise reduction should look elsewhere. All you're paying for is the Marshall name.

Decent ear buds

They are okay. First pair quit working after a couple months, warranty replacement was quick and easy. Sound is fine, they fall out of my ears often.
