i got a defective unit and the support is excellent. they gave me the replacement unit free of cost and is in excellent condition, gave me an extended warranty too.

Disappointing

I was extremely disappointed with this product. This earbud will disconnect and connect back and forth continuously for a good minute or two, just by walking outside. The only way to not have an annoying connection sound is to remain perfectly still....indoors.

Exceeded my expectation

I have been looking for a decent open earbud for some time now and stumbled upon this minor III from Marshall, which was on sale. To my surprise, I noticed that not only the base but also the high-frequency sounds are clear and crisp, which is, of course, a very rare combination, and so-called top brands quite clearly lack in this area.

Don't really like them. The touch controls work good, it doesn't connect well with my iPhone and so far I haven't been able to get them work with a phone call.
I have an Action 2 speaker that is phenomenal and expected the same quality.
