Defective right at arrival. The left side would not charge while firmware are up to date and even after reset and hard reset… Such a disappointment for that brand and price range..

Wasted money

I got the earbuds because I had the Major ||| for years and I was pretty pleased, and I wanted a wireless pair for on the go. The sound is pretty great, not a lot of sound cancelling but I don’t mind and the touch controls are pretty handy. But, in less than 2 months of owning them, I had to get them replaced since one of the earbuds stopped playing or responding (tried a lot of things to fix it before I gave up), good thing I had saved the receipt from the store. I wouldn’t actually write a review if that was it, but trying to speak on the phone through them is a nightmare, they connect and disconnect randomly, you can’t hear or speak to the other person sometimes and when trying to call through the Messenger app they just plainly won’t work. Quite disappointed with them after all that, if I had known I wouldn’t have gotten them at all.

I love Marshall but these...

These really hurt my ears at first. I'm a petite person, so maybe my ear canal is small? They always feel like they're going to fall out and do fall out sometimes which having had bought them for biking that's not good. If I smile or laugh, maybe from the podcast I'm listening to, it pauses. Somehow the slight movement of the side of my face is enough to pause what I'm listening to.
With all that being said, I do love Marshall. Nobody can hit it out of the park every time. I've had the Major II for a few years and they still have a great sound and have held up even with bringing them practically everywhere and not being the most careful with them. I'm going to try the Motif II instead for the in-ear.

Bad charging

The earbuds did not charge inside of The case sometimes. And the right earbud was always dead before the left earbud.

Maybe I’m the outlier but my earbuds are trash. I thought they were great at first but now they won’t charge, turn on, pair to Bluetooth, etc. I’ve only owned them for maybe six months. If it weren’t for this I’d recommend them.

They are superb on sound quality. The problem I have have is they don’t fit well in your ear and with that they fall out easy.
