Great sound but....

Great sound and brilliant mic for calls. However, you can't modify the touch patterns and you can't adjust while on call. The call ends since they are very sensitive.
Also no app support which is frustrating. So you basically can't find your bud if it drops somewhere.

Poor battery longevity

After 4 months of use the playtime of fully charged earbuds has dropped to about 3½ hours. I do not believe that the fault is with one singular device, since I also have a Marshall Minor 2 that have a similar problem: after 4 months of use the playtime of fully charged headset is about 1½ hours.

Too Bulky

The sound was just heavenly. No complains there. I did not want to return them at first but the earphones are too bulky that they fall out when I walk. So there’s no way I could go anywhere wearing these cause I know they’ll fall out. I sadly had to return, otherwise, I would have lost them in a week tops. I’m on the lookout for hopefully a size updated version of these.

1. Bluetooth constantly interrupts when you turn your head
2. Your listeners hear you poorly while calls.
3. Plastic isn’t as great as on picture
4. Long time to connect to phone

Looks really nice, sound is great but not air pods. If you want to get away from feeding the tech giant because you want to stick it to the man, these might be for you. The charging Box and phones are really cool looking but feel cheap almost like cardboard. I don’t think these would last in my dogs mouth for a minute where air pods with their hard case would have at least two good chewing sessions from Otis. Going through the wash, the air pods were good for one wash, I haven’t tested these but the cardboard feel makes me think it would be a one hitter quiter. The sound has great bass and connect quickly through Bluetooth. The touch button or tap is a little slow to respond vs the air pods so you end up doing it twice and hang up on incoming calls almost every time. It then makes u pull your phone out on every call because you don’t trust it’s capability. I think I’ll eventually might get use to the tap feature but it’s definitely not as user friendly as air pods. They don’t fit me as well as air pods either. My gf really liked the fit and don’t care for the air pods fit. If I yawn really big one of these pops out almost every time. With the air pods I could go through a 45 min kettlebell workout and never drop one out. The pause feature when you pull them out works, but getting them going again is not as easy as slipping them back in your ear. I’ve tap once, twice, three times and sometimes got them to come back on but most times when I have to tap I have been just pulling out my phone so I don’t hate these any worse. I do like these but for the price, I’d like a little more value for my money. If they looked better and performed better it would be a no brainer but for me I’ll go back to air pods next payday and regift these to my gf. She’s just used them to listen to music. I use mine for work and working out so I’m constantly switching from pod casts, music and phone calls throughout the day. At times I can’t pull out my phone because my hands will be full so I really rely on the tap feature. One more thing I think where Marshall is better is the battery life. I could be wrong because usually so frustrated with the performance of these I’ll put them down and not use them so I really haven’t tested the battery capability. They are nice but there’s lots of cheaper options on Amazon that sound great and the tap feature works just as well as these do.

Not bad also not good

- Bluetooth connection is really bad. You can’t stay to far from the device otherwise you lose Bluetooth connection.
- When I’m listening to the music and trying to answer a call, the Bluetooth connection just drop and cut off. So I have to connect Bluetooth again to answer the call via headphones
But the sounds quality is amazing. No doubt about that.
