Head phones have low sound, earphones are hard to connect to bluetooth after multiple attempts, one speaker goes out then reconnects. Many issues. No on phone audio control as their competitors. I suggest you pass on these. Many other brands for less and better quality.

Everythings good. Only problem i have is that sometimes laying in bed Minors are pausing the music, idk why. Also have Major IV and there is everything perfect

I have tried many headphone earphone but most of them make not comfortable, but not with this Marshall. I can wearing it for long time with the good quality of bass sound.

No bad but not amazing ad brand let you think, to much medium frequency full plastic made ! Grip should have been in metal .

Disappointed after 5 months

So, I've used them for 5 months now and I'm changing my opinion. Sound quality is the best thing, ok, but everything else...nah. First of all their fit is not ideal, they are pretty loose, battery life ok, but could be better. Connectivity and user friendliness is a disaster. After every couple of days of usage i have o reset them because they don't respond well to tapping, and they always display 100% of battery for the case,ad i know it is on 20%. It is frustrating that you cannot control what you are doing unless you take out your phone. What's the point than, if they are "wireless" and "handsfree". I've used Xiaomi buds which are more friendly and cost 40 bucks. I'm disappointed so far in overall experience, and expected more for this money. Great sound end everything ends there. Too bad...

If you're lucky, it is good choice

When I purchased these headphones, I had to return them to the store the very next day. One earbud stopped charging and didn't work. As I discovered back then, this is a problem familiar to many other customers. Can't say for sure what are your chances to face this issue, but there is certainly a chance. If you will be able to quickly replace the product, it's alright because when you will get a Minor III without the defect, you will be satisfied.
Guys from the store where I purchased these headphones helped me with replacement, and now I use normal Minor III for two solid weeks. And here are my feelings about this product:
1. Sound is a little better than I expected from such earbuds type. It's clean and transparent. Bass is, of course, a little weak, but you can't expect anything better without vacuum. Yet, bass is clear when there is not much noise around. I didn't expect anything like Major II (which has the best sound among Marshall headphones in my opinion), so I wasn't disappointed.
2. Comfort of using should depend on the form of your ear. My ears are doing good with these earbuds.
3. Controls are a little lazy, and it's harder to aim at the area of the sensor than I thought. But it must be a matter of habit. There is no way to control volume, you'll have to do that on the source device. It's sad, but not a tragedy.
4. Play time is excellent. No, it's even too good. It will be safer for your ears if these headphones were discharging in 3 hours, but they keep beating for five :). I'm charging my case once in 3-4 days. And I'm listening a lot of music. Wireless charging is a great feature: I'm just dropping the case on the station and in a couple of hours it's charged for a several of days.
5. Design: decent, strict, elegant and universal. No gloss and glamour - exactly as I'm willing to accept. This thing looks and feels like something serious and solid.
