They are ok, I was expecting a better quality device. Volume is ok, it slides a bit off sometimes. Sometimes it won’t pair off or turn off after I put back in the box. Doubtful I buy again.

I love the design and quality in general because I already own a Marshall home speaker system for many years and it’s been great. The problem with this earbuds is the low sound. It’s not high enough sound even though I turn my my phone volume to the highest.

Love the case, and the length of charge, but like other people on here have said, they don't feel very secure, and really don't block out other sounds. Wish they could be louder, but that's down to my phone.

Problem of Disconnection

I used iPhone 13 Pro. Whenever I put back the minor iii in the charging case, it wouldn't disconnect the connection automatically. Instead, disconnection has to carry out manually in iPhone setup. It stayed connected. It's unlike other brand of headphone. Think before you buy.
