I get issue in dirt protection when I cleaned it with cotton it got out. other wise heavy quality of built and sound :heart_eyes:

Great sound however…

Although the sound is great, for some reason I have issues connecting to my phone and the left earphone doesn’t play any sound. This has happened twice now since I’ve owned them and both times it was just after they were fully charged. Maybe I just have a faulty pair?? Apart from this they are great.

The sound quality is poor and it does not sit well in my ear, if I could I will be asking for a refund. I had used other marshall headphones but this earbud is to say the least awful.

Promised so much delivered little

I recently bought this earbud, I must say without hesitation that it is an absolute waste of money compared to other earbud I used in the past. The price is not commiserate to its sound quality, I will go back to jabra products, will definitely not recommend, am very disappointed.
