Good but missing vital spec

Sound quality it's great as expected and general look and feel are also good. Would have liked it to be able to pair them with the app but this is not possible with this product.

Every time I have taken the new Marshall earbuds for a run I have lost sound. Usually the left shuts off, sometimes the right. Sometimes both. I have them fully powered. No idea how to correct the problem. I want to love these. But this isn’t working. Literally

I was hoping for better than I received from these Minor III. I'm consistently losing audio in the right ear and for the price, I would have just replaced my airpods.

Lots of random problems and sound not too loud

Would’ve added a bit more and buy headphones. The minor III has lots of random problems while on Iphone.
1- If you receive a call while connected to your earbuds it would immediately turn off the bluetooth and put the call on speakers, however this doesn’t happen if you’re the one calling. ( no problem using other bluetooth devices)
2- multiple times, you ll hear only on one ear for a about 5 seconds then the sound would come back on both.
4- The “easy” touch controls aren’t easy at all
3- Finally the sound quality isn’t that great . + not powerful at all, sometimes I can’t even hear my music on high volume when I m on the subway
