This is my first juicer. I wasn't sure about this juicer at first, but now that I've had for a few months and continue to use it I'm enjoying it. It can be a little messy and the clean up isn't so bad, after I used it a couple of times. I got the hang of it. I like it!

It’s not that the juicer didn’t use the fruit and vegetables properly it did but the safety ledge is to hold everything together would pop open when it was under pressure so therefore it was extremely dangerous to be around the juicer when it was juicy. There were two latches on each side that did not stay latched while the juicer was grinding up the vegetables in fruit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a good unit, juicer and blender. Took off two stars because it doesn't have an on/off button so you have to plug it in every time you want to use it. Why?
