If you buy nothing else, Get This Mixer!

Woah! This mixer is The Mixer of Dreams!! Its quiet, attractive and works great!! I love the measuring tool, the sensors, the everything!! We renovated our kitchen and I swore I would not leave appliances like this, but it is well worth it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is built to last, and the quality of the construction shows. It is heavy and built for generations. I had the other kitchen mixer, and it outperformed it. Some of the best pizza dough is made with this mixer.. if you are modern and love new-age machines, this is for you. My favorite thing is Alexa Stop mixing in 3 minutes. The only downside is there are limited recipes for it to read out, but they are constantly updating and adding more

Beautiful, but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to give my honest review this smart mixer is so beautiful, the technology is really amazing and this mixer is built with a smart scale and timer, but I’m not impressed with how heavy it is and I don’t like the way the top does not recline back to fit the bowl under. However, the power is strong and super noisy compared with kitchen aid.

An Absolute Home Baker's Dream!

As someone who bakes often, and by weight and not volume measure (as one should, for accuracy), the built in scale feature is an absolute godsend. Plus, the scale will work whether you have the bowl attachment in place or not, so you could measure one set of ingredients, remove the vessel from the base, and then measure a second set. Perfect for integrating wet and dry ingredients separately before moving on to combining. No more fiddling with small countertop scales! I love the attachment heads, the first thing I noticed was how weighty and substantial they are, and their construction totally pays off in practice because this mixer truly mixes. I have done less bowl scraping than ever. It's also so much easier to switch between attachments, and to mount the mixing bowl. They use a lever system instead of a twist and notch approach, which definitely has the potential to improve accessibility. I love the integration of the timer and sensor setting options; I have yet to try any of the recipes that are featured in the app, but I utilize the app itself to control the mixer. It's also surprisingly space-efficient; it takes up less space than my other mixer and there is much more space between the neck of the machine and the bowl itself, especially if you lever down to make room. My new favorite kitchen appliance!

Robust and powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Profile Smart Mixer with Auto Sense is heavy duty, powerful and is a perfect kitchen helper! From mixing, whipping to kneading dough it does so much of the work in half the time.
I love that it is wifi enabled and app controlled so I don't have to wait to see that it's done. That saves so much time. The built in smart scale is a great feature that allows me to see how much to add in without using spoons. I love the professional grade stainless steel attachments that are heavy duty and dishwasher safe! I'm super impressed.
I have made cakes, whipped cream, and made bread dough with this amazing machine and I'm not stopping.
The only con is it's a lot heavy and takes up much of the kitchen space but looks gorgeous in my kitchen! The color is just too beautiful.

I used it for the first time during Thanksgiving and got so many compliments from family. I love the sleek look and and the ease of it being a smart mixer! Who knew adding tech to a mixer would be so convenient! Its a great addition to my countertop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Profile Smart Mixer with Auto Sense is the most powerful mixer I've ever had. The tradeoff is it weighs 40+ pounds, so you have to find a spot to keep it. But it is heavy duty and professional-quality. I love the scale to weigh ingredients as you go. I can finally do some of the British bake-off recipes! The auto sense is so fun, but I need to get used to the built-in recipes and how to use it. I highly recommend this powerful mixer!
