[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say how much I love this mixer. There are so many well-thought out design functions it offers while still being super easy to use. The front-loading lock bowl feature made set-up super easy. I love how I can change the attachments with one click. The built in scale option made it so easy to measure out ingredients for tricky recipes. I used it for Thanksgiving and it cut so much of the work out of my meal prep. I also loved the reverse feature, it helped release sticky doughs. Being able to throw the attachments in the dishwasher after also made clean up a breeze. It was so cool also how I could pair it to my Alexa and give it hands-free direction while I worked in other things in the kitchen!
I love how sturdy everything is. I’m still learning a lot of the controls. I’m disappointed that you have to be using one of the uploaded recipes to get the feedback option for whipped cream or egg whites.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This this is incredibly huge. I was not prepared for that, it completely dominates counter space and have to store it in a completely different room to avoid seeing it. Other than that there are no complaints. It works and it has a lot of functions. I’m most excited about the bread hook, but I haven’t gotten to use it yet.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our website for your new mixer unit. Your feedback is valued and very important to us!
We love the built-in smart scale that precisely weighs ingredients in the mixing bowl or any other container to prepare every recipe with zero doubt.
We’re confident that you’ll be able to enjoy your appliance for years to come. -Charlie@GEAppliances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beast in power, but also in weight. This giant machine offers a lot when it comes to accessibility. It can connect to Alexa or Google Voice for easy access to commands. Has a built-in scale, and it's own app. HOWEVER..
The app designed for the mixer isn't really worth the time. You can't search for specific recipes, and it seems like most recipes don't work with the mixer as intended.
When you DO find a recipe on the app, it's honestly really easy to follow along, but the accessibility on the app is awful atm. Hoping GE adds more accessibility to recipes.
The built-in scale is a GAME CHANGER, but the fact you can't move the mixer-head is a HUGE flaw. It was a mess trying to pry the bowl off the stand with the dough-hook there.
Overall this is a hulk of a mixer for only the busiest bakers. Expect to keep this monster on your counter 24/7, not just because its bulky, but nifty, as well!
GE Profile Smart Mixer Review: A Smart and Efficient Appliance for Baking Lovers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is a great addition to my kitchen, as it makes baking easy and fun. It has a sleek design, a digital interface, and a large mixing bowl. It also has a built-in scale, a Wi-Fi connection, and an auto-sense technology that adjusts the settings according to the batter.
The mixer is very easy to use and clean. It has a smooth dial that lets me control the speed, and a clear lid that prevents splashing. The bowl has a handle and a spout, which makes it convenient to pour and transfer the batter. The mixer also connects to the SmartHQ app, which has hundreds of recipes and guides me step by step. The app also allows me to control the mixer remotely and sends signals to the mixer to change the speed and time as needed.
The mixer performs well on different types of batters, from cake to bread. It mixes the ingredients evenly and thoroughly, and detects changes in the viscosity of the batter. It then adjusts the speed and time accordingly to ensure optimal results. The mixer also has three attachments: a whisk, a paddle, and a dough hook. They are easy to attach and detach with a simple click.
The only downside of the mixer is that it is quite heavy and bulky, so it takes up a lot of space on the countertop. It is also a bit noisy when it is in operation, which can be annoying. However, these are minor issues compared to the benefits of the mixer.
Overall, I am very happy with the GE Profile Smart Mixer and I would recommend it to anyone who loves baking. It is a smart and efficient appliance that makes baking a breeze. It is definitely worth trying.
I used this mixer in a Sur La Table class and LOVED it so brought it home. Beyond anything I’ve used before (and I have tried them all). It uses my kitchen aid attachments, I’m hooked on the smart features and scale (who knew I needed it?) I did research it quite a bit so I was prepared for the weight of it. I read some other reviews but I’m not sure why you’d buy a smart mixer if technology wasn’t your thing. Paired it with my Alexa and impressed the heck out of the family for Sunday dinner. Used the scale and tested it against my usual scale and it was a dream. Loved the sturdiness and power. A definitely worthy addition to my kitchen line up and perfectly worth the counter top real estate it uses. If you aren’t a fan of technology it still does manual operation but if you’re spending this kind of serious money you may want to rethink this for a KA substitute. It’s absolutely worth the money if you plan to utilize it to its fullest. Looking forward to seeing how much more I can do with it. Read the specs-worth the time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this for a couple weeks and been using it almost daily and I love it almost every week. Easy to use, Connecting to app on your phone with remote control from phone. It’s little bit heavy But the function are really good. I prefer this one than kitchen aid.
