Amazing!
This mixer is amazing! I’ve had another brand mixer for years and this beats it. You can tell this mixer just has so much power. I made shredded chicken with it and it was so quick. I also made homemade chocolate chip cookies and it was amazing to hear and see the motor adjust its speed and strength with the batter changes. It didn’t get hot throughout the process either. Cold butter and sugar was no match at all. I also made whipped cream with this mixer. It make peaks in no time at all. My only issue with it was getting used to turning it on and off quickly enough to wipe the batter off the sides of the bowl and paddle. It takes a click or two more to do it with the extra features. I highly recommend this mixer to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very excited to put the GE profile smart mixer to the test! What I first noticed was the immense weight of the unit. You definitely have to make sure you find a convenient space in your kitchen because it's impossible to lift and store this unit away after each use.
The unit appears very solid and quality made, so I was a bit surprised that the detachable bowl shield was thin and flimsy. The unit comes with a beater, dough hook and wire wisk - each of them is heavy duty and matches the attractive design of the unit itself. Huge plus: they're dishwasher safe (as are the bowl lid and the bowl).
Placing the bowl into the bowl arms to attach itto the unit is not as smooth as I would've liked. The bowl pins scratch against the bowl hooks. I had to double check the instructions to make sure that that's the proper way to attach the bowl. Inserting the attachments is a breeze and easy. The quick release function allows a quick and easy change of attachments.
My favorite feature by far is the built in scale. It makes measuring so much easier and is so convenient. It's disappointing though that an exact measurement (metric) is not possible, as it only measures in 5's. So if my recipe calls for 217 grams of flour, I can only measure 215 or 220 grams.
The first batches of cake batter, whipped cream and cookie dough turned out great, all ingredients got mixed and blended in well.
I didn't notice any flour stuck to the very bottom of the bowl or the edges and only one batch turned out a bit lumpy, which could have been an error on my part.
Overall 4 stars from me.

Mixing , whisking & dough making just got SMARTER

Mixing, whisking and dough making just got BETTER /SMARTER and at your fingertips with this GE profile mixer. This mixer is just the next level of innovation and completely blows my mind with the features and quality specially the automated feature.
Pros No more mess , easy to use and clean . The first thing I made was a dough and it turned out to be prefect and within minutes, Comes with guided recipes, Wifi and app controlled - No more babysitting , mixer can be controlled and scheduled using the app so it opens up more time to do other stuff while the mixer is doing its job, No more measuring cups needed, the mixer has an in built weighing scale, Digital display panel for easy reading, Bowl and other hooks are made of stainless steel that are easy to attach and remove .
Cons It is heavy duty so it needs to be stationed in one area in the kitchen, Makes noise but the end result is so good that I did not mind it Overall a game changer for my everyday kitchen chores and I am very happy to have one , highly recommended

Can tell that the auto sense technology helps with overmixing or undermining. I haven't used much of the other features, but I am excited to see it's ability to be updated (via wifi) and more compatible recipes, etc. to use it with.

I used it to mix a few items one being I made my own butter the heavy whipping cream did not spatter and it worked fast to mix. The attachments are good quality! I think this is a mixer that will last forever. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is incredible. We’ve shown off this mixer to so many and continue to receive compliments. Some things we like about it. It’s heavy/sturdy - appears to be well built. All items are dishwasher safe minus the main body of the mixer. It comes with several attachments already. It has a built-in scale and timer. Works with Alexa and has smeary feature to where it’ll increase speed when it census resistance. This not only looks good but performs as expected. Love this!
