Loving it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are loving our stackable washer and dryer. The color is so calming to look at and love how you can fit a large load in them. Seems to wash very well. The dryer we are still trying to figure out. Sometimes the load takes extra cycles to dry. Mostly towels are difficult to dry fully. Over all, we have been very happy.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Samsung and are very happy with the Electrolux. It does seem to take longer to dry a normal load - 90 minutes instead of 60, and the alternative "light" dry is too short -18 minutes is not enough to dry anything.

So far we are very pleased with the new dryer.

**Buyer's Beware** DON"T BUY ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS

While I love my washer/dryer set, Electrolux's customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give them a negative 10, I would. I bought this set brand new and had issues with my washing machine from day one. Now I've also noticed a waxy build-up in my lint filter. It was so bad I could not get the lint off the filter, it was a gooey mess. After reading my care and cleaning manual to find out what the problem might be, this is what I found; a waxy build-up may form on the lint filter and/or moisture sensing bars from using dryer-added fabric softener sheets. To remove this build-up, wash them with warm, soapy water. Dry the filter thouroughly and replace. What?? Why?? Washing this build-up off isn't easy. It's very sticky and gooey. This will eventually lead to having to replace the lint filter. None of this is even mentioned prior to buying this product, it just shocking news after you purchase it.

Honestly the cloths appear to be coming out cleaner,especially whites and lighter color clothes. Typically I would have to run white softball pants through 3 plus cycles with pre treatment. With the new washer dryer set one time seems to do the trick. So far, very happy.
