So far so good.
Came with nothing in the back covering the motor?
Not looking forward to defrosting as I remember my mother with a kettle of boiling water ( and a hammer…just kidding) hacking at the ice in the freezer part of the fridge( no auto defrost back then)

I bought this product 3 months ago when my large freezer died, I am an older single man and don’t need a large freezer. Liked the small foot print of this one and the comments about it. Unfortunately I still don’t have it yet, was first told it would take 3 weeks then 6 now it won’t be here until late November at the earliest. I live in a small isolated northern town and can’t just drive out to look for a new freezer so I have to wait.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Died after only 3 years

How does a freezer stop working after only 3 years? The cost for the service call and repair was not worth it. Very disappointed. My prior Baycrest one lasted 36 years without a single repair. I will not purchase any items from Frigidaire again.

Can not remove shelves

Just bought a turkey and just realized you can not remove a shelf so it will fit. Very ridiculous!

Horribly hot

I bought this yesterday and it has not cooled down. The walls are so hot that we have fans surrounding it. Do not buy this appliance. Beware. I am trying to reach support. They say there is chat but there is no way to chat.

It arrived with most of the shelves broken. It was in a box so how does this happen.
