[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This freezer operates in my garage without issue even in freezing weather. It's the right size for my household and the upright format is more convenient than a chest freezer while occupying less floor space. Haven't had any ice build up but we don't open it often. We use it for long term storage and work day-to-day from the kitchen freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far Excellent!! Received freezer on a wooden pallet strapped down. Removed packaging, plugged it in and 40 minutes later it read zero degrees. Moved dial to slightly colder and 10 minutes later in was minus 10. Extremely happy to date.
