Nice, but smaller than we expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer from Lowes without looking at a store model. When the Freezer arrived it was much smaller than expected but we decided to keep it and use if for frozen snacks and ice cream.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ITS VERY NICE AND RUNS GOOD BUT IS MUCH SMALLER THAN OUR OLD ONE. THE PROBLEM IS THAT INT HAS TO GO UNDER OUR LAUDRY ROOM CABINETS. AND THIS IS THE ONLY MODEL THAT MEETS OUR HEIGHT LIMIT. LATER, WE MAY
HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE TO MEET OUR NEEDS BUT THEN THAT WOULD MAKE IT TOO WIDE FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM.

This model is a good freezer option and is designed for a smaller footprint, but it does not have as much capacity as the taller freezers in our lineup. We may recommend taking a look at chest freezer options if you have additional width available! A lot of frosts

I bought this freezer for 3 weeks, there are lot frosts on top 2 shelfs. I cleaned up after 1 week but it come back very quickly. Can someone tell me this is defect or normal?

Hello, Rick Ho! Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. With your freezer having a manual defrost, it is important to defrost and clean the freezer when ¼ to ½ inch of frost has accumulated. You may notice frost may tend to accumulate faster on the upper part of the freezer due to warm, moist air entering the freezer when the door is opened.
We suggest occasionally using a plastic scraper, scraping with a pulling motion to remove frost to avoid frequent defrosting. We hope this helps, please reach back out if you should need additional assistance.

Space Saving & Value for the Money

Clean design, quick to cool, and efficient. Could be enhanced if it were frost-free and shelves were movable. Overall, great value for the money.

Can’t figure out how to reverse the door

Extra Storage in the Garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it for extra storage in the garage. It’s a good size in terms of not taking up too much space but storing a decent amount of food. We like the stand up verses chest type freezers for ability to see what’s stored and the easy access. It cooled down quickly and is holding temperature well. The door seals very. Haven’t had it too long but so far it’s just what we wanted.
