I've had them for almost a year and they work great but my only downside is the dryer belt broke within the year causing me to use my warranty but the good thing is that they were able to get out quickly and repair it within 20mins.

Doesn’t dry effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even with a small load of laundry, this doesn’t dry evenly….items have damp spots when the cycle is complete; extra drying time is needed. The items are always wrinkled, even with the dewrinkle option selected. I am on top of removing the load immediately after the load is completed.
