20 volt batteries do NOT last 10 minutes!!

i have (4) -- 20 volt batteries . i am LUCKY if i get 10 minutes on each one on a FULL charge! i also bought the 45 minute rapid charge unit hoping it would bring LIFE to the DEAD batteries.....WASTED MORE MONEY! i laugh at the 20 volt power wash unit! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! i will not buy another product OR battery from this company! i am looking at comparable products from competitors! Very Disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love to use my worx products but the batteries do die if you have large area of work. We live in a townhouse right now and this is great but I bought extra batteries so we have plenty of power if we are using our items elsewhere.

I have 3 worx tools. So I needed new battery pack. I have two batteries that I have had 3 years, still hold charge, just figured I would be needing new ones. So I'm prepared.
