Misunderstood the batteries I ordered?

Got the small batteries that don't last but 25 minutes in my mower. Realizing my mistake I tried to change my order by calling customer support. Customer support never answered and told me to leave my number in the cue and they would call me. They never did! Very disappointed with Worx support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many different tools, needed more batteries

Bought a leaf blower, not quite 2 years ago,, and now, battery issues. Even though charger, says fully charged, blower runs bout 1 minute, quits. Customer service, is a joke. 1 hour for a chat line, up to 24 hours for call back. I'm not impressed, at all!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using the battery share pack for a few years now. I still have my originals. I use them with my Worx blower, Drill and Sawzall. I will always use Worx products.

Nice to have 3. Not sure how old the dead battery is but it seems to have lasted a long time. Can be difficult to remove from the tools for older people who spend a lot of time in the yard.
I would recommend this to a friend!
