Oven issues

First new stove in many years. Disappointed in the oven. It does not keep a consistent temperature. When you open the door (even for a couple of seconds) - the temperature drops considerably.
Very frustrating to bake or roast anything with consistency. Any recommendations on how to cope with this?

Using the center rack position can help promote more even heat distribution, and ensuring cookware is not overcrowded can also support better airflow inside the oven.

This replaced my 14 year old electric range which worked wonderfully until the stove top was accidentally broken.
This seems to be a cheaper model. The right front burner seems to heat unevenly: the front of the burner cooks faster than the back.

Great stove. Can't live without a stove.

We have had this stove for about a month and a half. We have used it every day. We have used the oven to bake cookies already and am planning on cooking a roast. The stove is quick to heat up and a breeze to clean the flat surface. The wife wanted a stainless steel oven to match our fridge.

I’m very happy with this electric cooking range. It has a clean, sleek, and minimalist design without any unnecessary or overly complicated features. The control knobs are clearly marked and very intuitive to use, making everyday cooking simple and convenient.
The burners provide strong and consistent heat. Even for a Chinese household where high-heat stir-frying is often needed, the cooking power is more than sufficient. Overall, it combines great performance with user-friendly design, and I would highly recommend it.
